Note:- that these programs can slow the computer down afterwards, so install, clean and then uninstall if PC is slow, only install/use one at any one time.
Q: My computer is running Slow
A: Quickest way to speed up your Computer is to add more memory, we
recommend 1Gb min for XP running and Office, 2Gb min for windows
7/Vista and Office.

Feeling confident try this for Internet Explorer 7 and above it removes Temporary Internet files only, Click Start, Run, then type or copy RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 8 /Q and click Ok
when that has completed always defragment the drive

Q: My broadband internet is slow.
A: There are many factors for slow internet speed, using wireless,
you might be sharing the internet across a few

Q: My broadband keeps

A: If your on a BT phone type connection make sure you have BT
ADSL Micro Filters fitted to the main
incoming socket and to any additional phone/fax extensions with
equipment fitted in the
