Nexus provide comprehensive IT support services for business. This will include both on-site and telephone assistance. Our aim is to get your IT systems back on track with the minimum amount of inconvenience. Save time, save money!
Comprehensive means what it says, we will endeavour to resolve issues with all types of hardware and software (including all popular Microsoft products). From printer maintenance to file server rebuilds. More often than not this can be done on site, although occasionally it may be necessary to complete work back at our repair department where we have access to the latest fault finding analysis tools and applications.
Additionally if you find you have an issue with a non-Microsoft application, i.e. Accounts package. We can act as either an intermediary between yourselves and the software vendor or Nexus will investigate and provide a solution, thereby unloading the burden of phone calls to support desks and again saving you time.
Communication
We will keep you fully informed of changes made, and work carried out either on site or by telephone.
Consideration
We will at all times consider your business activities and ensure your IT structure runs smoothly, we will respect your deadlines and where ever possible, work to suit you. This can include essential maintenance and system upgrades out of normal business hours.
Co-operation
We aim to get to know you and your business personally; we feel this puts us in the best position to provide impartial and qualified advice when considering system upgrades or new software. We can act as third party consultants for the purchase of bespoke software, or tender for total solutions. The choice is yours.
